According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shanghai Fudan (01385) announced results for the first half of 2026, with operating income of about 2,225 million yuan, up 21.03% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the company was about 849 million yuan, up 338.58% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was about 412 million yuan, an increase of about 125.88% year on year; basic earnings per share were 1.03 yuan.

During the reporting period, due to the favorable impact of the recovery in industry sentiment and increased demand from downstream customers, the company's integrated circuit design product line achieved an increase of approximately RMB 224 million in gross profit over the same period last year. Shares obtained from the strategic placement confirmed fair value changes, increasing net profit by approximately RMB 420 million. The inventory price decline loss base for the same period last year was high. There were no new major impairment items in the current period. Inventory price decline losses decreased by about RMB 128 million compared to the same period last year.

The company insists on technological innovation and product iterative upgrading. New products and supporting solutions such as FPGA series products, safety and identification series products, and automotive-grade MCUs have been launched one after another and achieved revenue contributions. Combined with strong demand for non-volatile storage, the volume and price are rising rapidly, which jointly drives the company's revenue growth. At the same time, the product structure has been optimized, and overall operating efficiency has been further improved.

During the reporting period, net cash flow from operating activities was approximately RMB 770 million, an increase of about 315.09% over the same period last year. This was mainly due to an increase in cash inflows from operating activities due to an increase in cash received from products sold in the current period.
