In order to seize the development opportunities of the integrated circuit industry, use the resource advantages and management experience of professional investment institutions to further broaden the company's industrial layout in the field of cutting-edge integrated circuit technology and strengthen the company's product application field expansion, the company intends to use its own capital to subscribe to an industrial fund initiated by Guosheng Capital with its own capital investment of no more than RMB 300 million (including capital). The Company intends to sign partnership agreements and related legal documents with general partners and other fund partners on the above investment matters.
