(Buyer B) plans to acquire a total of about 327 million shares from the seller, accounting for about 65.14% of the company's total issued share capital at the date of the joint announcement. The total cash cost is approximately HK$244 million, equivalent to HK$0.7472 per share. It was completed on July 17, 2026.
