CITIC Construction Investment announced that the 25th meeting of the third board of directors of the company reviewed and passed a number of proposals. Among them, the 2026 mid-term profit distribution plan is to distribute a cash dividend of 2.90 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 7.757 billion shares on June 30, 2026, and a total discovery dividend of 225 million yuan is proposed. The plan still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration. The meeting also reviewed and passed a number of proposals, such as the 2026 semi-annual report, revising the strategic planning management system, and convening an extraordinary shareholders' meeting.
