The company's shareholders deposited 6.492 million shares into Junda Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 14.31%.

Jinli Group issued an announcement, which was completed on August 17, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the subscribers have subscribed and the company has allocated 6.492 million subscribed shares at HK$0.65 per share, which is equivalent to: (i) approximately 16.7% of the company's existing issued share capital before completion; and (ii) approximately 14.3% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and expansion of the subscription shares through allotment and issuance of subscription shares. Once completed, the subscriber will become the company's main shareholder and related party.
