Improve intelligent computing capabilities, break through disruptive chip architectures such as optical computing and brain-like computing, build an autonomous computing power system integrating supercomputing and cloud-side collaboration, and build a public computing power service platform for the Pujiang River. Develop next-generation large-scale models, develop large-scale models such as brain-like computing, build a model speed space and an artificial intelligence innovation town in Zhangjiang, and support the adaptation and ecological integration of multi-modal large models of domestic computing power.
