Zhitong Finance App News, Tudatong (02665) announced that in July 2026, the Group established a non-legally binding strategic partnership with AMSYS Group (AMSYS) to combine the Group's high-performance lidar and three-dimensional sensing technology with AMSYS's multi-modal artificial intelligence and digital twin platform capabilities to jointly explore spatial intelligence and intelligent infrastructure solutions for public sector and enterprise customers.
According to the strategic cooperation, the two sides plan to combine Seyon's lidar sensing technology with AMSYS's AIMS platform and Operational Digital Twin (Operational Digital Twin) capabilities to promote the application of real-time spatial perception, multi-modal data fusion, and artificial intelligence analysis in complex physical environments. The collaboration will first focus on the Group's Smart Spaces (Smart Spaces) related applications and explore scenarios such as smart cities, transportation networks and hubs, parks, public venues, medical environments and critical infrastructure.
Main areas of cooperation:
1. Spatial intelligence and multi-modal artificial intelligence: The two sides plan to combine the three-dimensional spatial sensing capabilities provided by the Group's high-precision lidar with AMSYS's AIMS platform to integrate multiple types of data such as space, video, the Internet of Things, and other sensors, enterprises and operations to support the formation of more complete real-time environmental perception and operation information.
2. Operational digital twins and real-time operational intelligence: The two sides plan to explore the integration of lidar 3D sensing data into AMSYS's Operational Digital Twin platform to build digital representations that continuously reflect changes in the physical environment, and support customers to make more timely decisions on operational monitoring, resource allocation, facility planning, safety management, and data analysis.
3.
