Zhitong Finance App News, Tudatong (02665) announced that in July 2026, the Group established a non-legally binding strategic partnership with AMSYS Group (AMSYS) to combine the Group's high-performance lidar and three-dimensional sensing technology with AMSYS's multi-modal artificial intelligence and digital twin platform capabilities to jointly explore spatial intelligence and intelligent infrastructure solutions for public sector and enterprise customers.
According to the strategic cooperation, the two sides plan to combine Seyon's lidar sensing technology with AMSYS's AIMS platform and Operational Digital Twin (Operational Digital Twin) capabilities to promote the application of real-time spatial perception, multi-modal data fusion, and artificial intelligence analysis in complex physical environments. The collaboration will first focus on the Group's Smart Spaces (Smart Spaces) related applications and explore scenarios such as smart cities, transportation networks and hubs, parks, public venues, medical environments and critical infrastructure.
Main areas of cooperation:
1. Spatial intelligence and multi-modal artificial intelligence: The two sides plan to combine the three-dimensional spatial sensing capabilities provided by the Group's high-precision lidar with AMSYS's AIMS platform to integrate multiple types of data such as space, video, the Internet of Things, and other sensors, enterprises and operations to support the formation of more complete real-time environmental perception and operation information.
2. Operational digital twins and real-time operational intelligence: The two sides plan to explore the integration of lidar 3D sensing data into AMSYS's Operational Digital Twin platform to build digital representations that continuously reflect changes in the physical environment, and support customers to make more timely decisions on operational monitoring, resource allocation, facility planning, safety management, and data analysis.
3. Smart space and intelligent infrastructure applications: The two sides plan to carry out solution docking, technical verification and project opportunity exploration around scenarios such as smart cities, transportation networks and hubs, parks, public venues, medical environments and critical infrastructure, and further explore related applications such as digital twins, artificial intelligence analysis, intelligent automation and real-time spatial intelligence according to customer needs.
AMSYS Group is an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solution provider. Through its AIMS platform, AMSYS integrates multi-modal artificial intelligence, digital twin technology, sovereign infrastructure and intelligent automation capabilities to support applications in transportation, healthcare, smart cities, parks and critical infrastructure. AMSYS was named “NVIDIA State and Local Government Partner of the Year” at the 2026 NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Awards, according to AMSYS's public release.
The company believes that establishing a strategic partnership is in line with the Group's business development strategy. By combining the Group's technical capabilities in high-performance lidar and 3D sensing with AMSYS's capabilities in multi-modal artificial intelligence, operating digital twins, intelligent infrastructure, and public sector and enterprise customer service, this partnership is expected to help:
(1) Expand the application of the Group's lidar products and 3D sensing solutions in the field of smart space and intelligent infrastructure, and further enrich application scenarios such as smart cities, transportation, parks, public venues and critical infrastructure;
(2) Promote the collaboration of lidar spatial perception, multi-modal artificial intelligence and digital twin technology, promote research and development, verification and iteration of sensing products and solutions for complex physical environments, and be in line with the Group's long-term development direction of expanding physical AI applications;
(3) Using AMSYS's customer coverage and ecological cooperation resources to further reach out to the potential application needs of public sector and enterprise customers and expand the Group's market opportunities in the field of smart space and intelligent infrastructure; and
(4) Combining the technology, platforms and market resources of both parties to promote technical verification, pilot deployment and commercial introduction of relevant solutions to bring potential business development opportunities to the Group.
In summary, the company believes that establishing a strategic partnership will help the Group expand business opportunities in the field of spatial intelligence, smart space and intelligent infrastructure, further extend the application boundaries of the Group's 3D sensing technology, and conform to the Group's long-term development strategy and the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
