R&D expenses amounted to 556.528 million yuan, an increase of 31.78% over the previous year. The acquisition of a controlling interest in Shenzhen Huinengtai Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was completed. Since May 2026, Huinengtai has been included in the consolidated report, achieving revenue of 43.3048 million yuan and net profit of 2.2794 million yuan during the inclusion period. The distribution of equity for 2025 has been completed. A total cash dividend of 9.242,200 yuan was distributed, accounting for 20% of the net profit returned to mother in 2025.
