According to the provisions of Articles 3 and 6 of the “Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Anti-Improper Foreign Jurisdiction”, the Ministry of Justice, together with the Ministry of Commerce and other relevant departments, investigated and determined that the EU's use of its “Foreign Subsidies Regulations” to carry out relevant cross-border investigation practices against Chinese entities in the investigation of JD constituted improper extraterritorial jurisdiction measures. No organization or individual may implement or assist in the execution of such improper extraterritorial jurisdiction measures. This notice takes effect from the date of publication.
