Jingfang Pharmaceutical announced that the company's three-arm parallel controlled phase II clinical study of GFH375 has begun. It will conduct studies on two combination therapies versus a single drug for treating locally advanced KRAS G12D mutant locally advanced unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer. The two protocols are GFH375 combined with cachexic double anti-GFS202A and GFH375 combined with the pan-RAS ON inhibitor GFH276. The study is a multi-center, open-label, randomized controlled study. The lead center is Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and will be carried out at dozens of centers in mainland China. GFH375 was certified as a breakthrough treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer associated with single drug treatment in China in February 2026, and was certified by the US FDA for fast track in 2025.
