Ruigang Construction (06816) issued a profit warning that the mid-term pre-tax loss is not less than HK$80 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ruigang Construction (06816) issued an announcement. It is expected that the Group will record a pre-tax loss of no less than HK$80 million during the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, about HK$57 million before tax. It is expected that losses will continue to be recorded in mid-2026, mainly due to the poor market environment and the ongoing war in the Middle East, and the Group is currently in a transition period. The revenue of all business segments of the Group recorded a decline of about HK$30 million, resulting in a decrease of approximately HK$30 million in mid-2026.
