Hengrui Pharmaceutical (01276): HRS-3095 tablets obtained approval notice for drug clinical trials

Zhitong Finance App News, Hengrui Pharmaceutical (01276) issued an announcement. Recently, Chengdu Shengdi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), received approval from the State Drug Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “State Drug Administration”) to issue a “Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notice” for HRS-3095 tablets and will conduct clinical trials in the near future.

HRS-3095 tablets are small molecule compounds independently developed by the company that target immune cells, and have a good therapeutic effect on autoimmune blood diseases. Preclinical data show that HRS-3095 can effectively inhibit antibody-mediated blood cell damage, and the clinical study of this project for chronic spontaneous urticaria is progressing to phase II. According to inquiries, there are currently no drugs with the same target approved for marketing in China for ITP and AIHA indications. Up to now, HRS-3095 film-related projects have invested about 39.6 million yuan in R&D (unaudited).
