According to Zhitong Finance App News, Jinshi Resources (603505.SH) disclosed the 2026 semi-annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 1,895 billion yuan, an increase of 9.80%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 89.73 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.87%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 97.69 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 23.91%; and basic earnings per share were 0.11 yuan.

During the reporting period, due to the shareholders of the joint venture, Jinebo was unable to carry out the export business of Baogang Jinshi fluorite powder. That is, all of the fluorite powder sold by Baogang Jinshi to Jinebo was converted to personal use. In the same period last year, Jinebo sold about 78,000 tons of Baogang Jinshi Fluorite powder, corresponding to a net profit of about 35 million yuan. By the end of the reporting period, Jin'e Bofluorine Chemical had about 320,000 tons of fluorite powder in stock.

During the reporting period, the company faced serious challenges in the production safety situation. According to the requirements of the Zhejiang emergency department, underground mines in the province temporarily stopped production. The company's single fluorite mine in Zhejiang Province was completely shut down from late May 2026, resulting in a decrease of 23.72% from 185,900 tons in the same period last year. In terms of sales, although sales volume was basically the same as in the same period last year through the sale of fluorite products, the average sales unit price of fluorite concentrate fell by about 209 yuan/ton year on year. Combined with cost increases such as shutdown losses caused by production stoppage, the net profit of a single mine was still affected to a certain extent during the reporting period.
