China Investment & Finance (01226) appoints Thanakon KUNNA as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, China Investment and Finance (01226) announced that Mr. Lu Dongquan has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Board's Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee due to his intention to focus on other business commitments, effective September 30, 2026.

Furthermore, Mr. Thanakon KUNNA has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from August 24, 2026.
