Mr. Liu Fu, Chairman and CEO of Auto Home, said, “This quarter, our innovative business continued to advance implementation, promoting the smooth upgrade of Auto Home to a one-stop automotive ecosystem service platform. In the new retail business field, on the basis of starting trial operation of the authorized dealer model and expanding to more cities, we launched the offline franchise brand “Jiajia Good Car” to further expand the offline service network. Furthermore, the layout of global used car transactions is also progressing steadily. In July, the Home Cross-border Export Service Platform completed the first transaction, which has accumulated valuable experience for Home to expand its service capabilities.”

“We have also made significant progress in the field of artificial intelligence, particularly in cutting-edge smart technology. At the beginning of July, the self-developed smart device product “Cheese Cart Manager” under Home opened for public testing. As the first independent smart product in the automotive industry, this is not only a new exploration of intelligent applications, but also an important milestone for Home to enrich its product matrix and establish differentiated competitiveness.”

Mr. Zeng Yan, Chief Financial Officer of Autohome, added, “While steadily advancing our business development this quarter, we have always steadfastly carried out our commitment to create continuous returns for shareholders. The $200 million share repurchase plan announced in early March of this year was completed ahead of schedule in less than 6 months. At the end of July, we once again announced a new round of $400 million repurchase program, which fully demonstrates our firm confidence in the company's long-term value and the importance we attach to shareholder interests.”
