Lukfook Group (00590): Zhao Guifang appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lukfook Group (00590) issued an announcement that Justice Huang Rupu has taken turns at the annual shareholders' meeting and is not seeking re-election due to personal matters. Since the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Ms. Huang Rupu has retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company and no longer serves as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee of the Company.

Justice Zhao Guifang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
