According to Zhitong Finance App News, Keystone Capital (00804) issued an announcement. According to the board's preliminary assessment of the information currently available on the interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Group expects to turn a loss into a profit, with a net profit of between HK$2 million and HK$3 million, while a net loss of approximately HK$3.7 million was achieved for the six months ended June 30, 2025.

Despite a decrease in total revenue due to a decline in interest income from lending services and a lack of bond placement activities, the Company expects to turn a loss into a profit, from a net loss to a net profit. This is mainly due to a drastic reduction in compliance, professional and agency fees, and other expenses, which combined led to a significant reduction in other operating expenses.
