With the approval of the board of directors, Mr. Zhang Jinfan was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, Ms. Zhan Jing was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, Mr. Zhang Shizhe was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, Dr. Gu Jing was reappointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Dr. Jiang Yimin was reappointed from the Nomination Committee as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from August 20, 2026.
