According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Railway (00390) announced that China Railway Co., Ltd. will publicly issue Technology Innovation Renewable Corporate Bonds (Phase 4) (Type 1) to professional investors in 2023. The Japanese interest payment and delisting will be made on August 25, 2026. The bond is abbreviated as “Iron Works YK07”. The coupon interest rate (annual interest rate) of the current bond is 2.88%, the principal amount of each current bond is 1,000 yuan, and the interest is 28.8 yuan (tax included).
