China Xincheng (01321) announced interim results, profit attributable to shareholders of 92.723 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Xincheng (01321) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with revenue of 366 million yuan, the same as the previous year; profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 92.723 million yuan, loss of 35.522 million yuan for the same period last year; basic profit per share was 5.03 points.

The conversion of losses into profit during this period was mainly due to the Group's fair value income of about RMB 264 million from the revaluation of investment properties during the period, while the fair value loss of the Group's investment properties was approximately RMB 8.6 million during the same period in 2025.
