BioSyent Declares Third Quarter 2026 Dividend

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Aug. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioSyent Inc. (“BioSyent”, “the Company”, TSX Venture: RX) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per common share, payable in Canadian Dollars on September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2026. This third quarter 2026 dividend compares to a second quarter dividend of $0.055 per common share. This dividend qualifies as an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes. The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
