The company's shareholders transferred 308 million shares to CITIC Lyon Securities and 308 million shares from UBS Securities Hong Kong.

NEXION TECH announced that the Group expects to obtain profits attributable to the company's equity holders in excess of HK$200,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 (this period), while the loss attributable to company equity holders for the six months ended June 30, 2025 (the previous period) is approximately HK$1,318 million.
