Hansa Biopharma Seeks US Nasdaq Listing Via Potential Offering of American Depositary Shares

01:29 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hansa Biopharma (HNSA.ST) said Friday it confidentially filed a draft registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a potential initial public offering of American depositary shares in the US. The biopharmaceutical company is also considering a concurrent private placement of ordinary shares in Europe as part of the proposed global offering. Hansa plans to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker HNSA while maintaining its existing Nasdaq Stockholm listing. The number of ADSs and ordinary shares to be offered, timing and price range have not yet been determined.
