The three major A-share indices rose collectively today. By the close, the Shanghai Composite Index was up 0.04%, the Shenzhen Securities Index was up 0.87%, the GEM Index was up 1.43%, the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 was down 0.57%, and the Science and Technology Innovation 50 Index was up 0.04%. The total market turnover was 189.2.3 billion yuan, down from the previous day's decline of 217 million yuan, and the total market volume fell by more than 2,800 individual stocks. In terms of sector topics, the precious metals, energy metals, MLCC concept, industrial metals, and small metals concept sectors registered the highest gains; the genetically-modified, planting and forestry, medical services, innovative drugs, and food concept sectors registered the highest declines. On the market, the precious metals sector opened high, with Hunan silver rising and falling, while Chifeng Gold, Xiaocheng Technology, Xingye Silver Tin, and Zhaojin Gold registered the highest gains. The energy metals sector showed active performance. Rongjie shares rose and stopped, while Shengxin Lithium Energy, Yongshan Lithium, and Ganfeng Lithium had the highest gains. The increase in the industrial metals sector continued to expand. Shanda Resources, luxury new materials, and silver and non-ferrous metals rose and stopped, while electrical alloys, Yuguang Gold and Lead, and Tibet's Mount Everest had the highest gains. The grain concept sector recovered sharply. Beijing Food Holdings and Wanxiang Denong hit a standstill. Shennong Seed Industry and Qiule Seed Industry fell by more than 10%, while Kangnong Seed Industry, Denghai Seed Industry, and Shenzhen Grain Holdings had the highest declines. The innovative drug sector was also underperforming. Kazakh Sanlian, Harbin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Walter hit a halt, while Boteng shares, Anke Biotech, and Lemei Pharmaceuticals fell by more than 10%.
