According to the Zhitong Finance App, Rongxin China (03301) announced that in July 2026, the group's total contract sales volume was about 255 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of about 44.8%; the contract construction area was about 33,200 square meters; and the average contract price was about RMB 7,674 per square meter.

In January-July, the Group's total contract sales volume was approximately RMB 1,549 million, a year-on-year decrease of about 39.73%; the total contract construction area was about 146,300 square meters; and the average contract sales price was approximately RMB 10,585 per square meter.
