Qizheng Tibetan Medicine announced that in the first half of 2026, it achieved operating income of 978 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.77%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 371 million yuan, an increase of 3.60% year on year; after deducting non-net profit of 298.7 million yuan, an increase of 3.59% year on year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.30 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on the 567 million shares after excluding shares in the repurchase account. The plan is within the scope authorized by the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting resolution, and there is no need to submit it again to the shareholders' meeting for consideration.
