Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 21, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the “Notice Concerning the Filing Notice Concerning the Overseas Issuance and Listing of Ligent Technologies, Inc. (Najun Technology)”. Najun Technology plans to issue no more than 310,855,000 overseas listed common shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

According to the prospectus, the company is a global supplier of optical communication and optical connectivity products, dedicated to the R&D, manufacture and sale of optical modules, optical chips and optical network terminals. In 2024, in terms of global optical module revenue, the company had a 2.9% market share, ranking fifth among all professional optical module manufacturers in the world; in terms of Chinese optical module revenue, the company had a 7.2% market share and ranked third among all professional optical module manufacturers in the world. In the same year, in terms of global optical module revenue, the company ranked 7th among all optical module manufacturers in the world; according to China's optical module revenue, the company ranked fourth among all optical module manufacturers in the world;

Furthermore, in terms of global digital optical module revenue, the company accounts for 3.5% of the market share, ranking fifth among all professional optical module manufacturers in the world. In terms of global FTTx optical module revenue, the company has a market share of 5.0%, ranking third among all professional optical module manufacturers in the world. In terms of China's optical network terminal box revenue, the company has a 4.1% market share and ranks third among all professional optical network terminal box manufacturers in the world. As of the last practical date (February 24, 2026), the company is also one of the few companies in the world that has both R&D and mass production capabilities for optical modules and optical chips.
