In order to clean up administrative regulatory documents covered by the “Ecological Environment Code of the People's Republic of China”, it was decided to amend part of the provisions of General Administration of Customs Notice No. 170 of 2019 and General Administration of Customs Notice No. 73 of 2020 as follows: 1. Delete “solid waste that can be used as raw materials” from Article 11 of General Administration of Customs Notice No. 170 of 2019. 2. Delete “solid waste that can be used as raw materials” from Article 8 of General Administration of Customs Notice No. 73 of 2020. This notice is effective as of the date of publication.
