On August 20, the second working meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 26th China International Investment and Trade Fair was held in Xiamen City, Fujian Province. Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations Ling Ji and Fujian Vice Governor Zhao Zenglian attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Representatives from relevant departments and member organizations of the Investment Fair Preparation Working Group reported separately on the progress of preparations. The conference called for closely focusing on the permanent theme of “Expanding Two-Way Investment to Promote Global Development”, deepening the functional positioning of the “Invest in China” exhibition and the public platform for global investment cooperation, further coordinate event arrangements, strengthen coordination, strengthen project docking, refine organizational guarantees, do a good job in press promotion, and improve the quality and efficiency of activities to ensure that the 26th Investment Fair takes on a new atmosphere and level.
