Affected by Typhoon No. 19, “Zitan,” it is expected that from August 22 to 24, there will be heavy to torrential rain in southern western Guangxi, Guangdong, and Hainan, and heavy rain in some regions. The main tributaries of the Yu River in Guangxi and the Qin River, Fangcheng River, and Nanliu River along the southern coast of Guinan; rivers such as the Dongjiang River, Han River, and coastal Rong River, Jianjiang River, Hainan Nandu River, Changhua River, and Wanquan River will experience water rise. Among them, Zuojiang and Mingjiang, tributaries of the Yujiang River in Guangxi, may experience super-alert floods, and some small to medium rivers in the torrential rain area.
