“Cheng'an 1”, an integrated operation-grade “stabilize-navigation-exploration” offshore intelligent unmanned boat, was recently officially put into operation at Chenghai 1-1 artificial island in Bohai Bay, and completed the first round of offshore testing under level 3 sea conditions. “Cheng'an No.1” was led by CNPC Dagang Oilfield Company and independently developed by CNPC Engineering Technology Research Co., Ltd. and Hohai University, marking a new stage in the inspection of China's offshore oil and gas facilities into a new stage of intelligent unmanned operation.
