Xiyin officially launched global sales. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan Chase serve as co-sponsors and overall coordinators. Cornerstone investors include Boyu, Tiger Global, General Atlantic, Tencent, Jinglin, Taikang Life, and UBS AM Singapore. According to reports, it is proposed to sell a total of about 27.999 million Class B shares globally, of which nearly 28 million shares will be publicly sold in Hong Kong and 25.199 million shares will be offered internationally. The sale price range is set at HK$47.6 to HK$49.5 per share. The Hong Kong public sale period is from 9:00 a.m. on August 24 to 12:00 noon on August 27. It is expected to be traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on September 1. The trading unit for each lot is 100 shares. Based on the median sale price range of HK$48.55 per share, the net proceeds from the global sale are approximately HK$13.123 billion. Of this, it is estimated that about 40% will be used to enhance the company's technical capabilities, about 40% will be used to enhance brand awareness and enhance global layout, about 10% will be used for the company's corporate responsibility promotion initiatives, and the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
