Recently, the General Office of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government issued the “Zhejiang Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator High Quality Development Action Plan”, which clearly states that by 2030, the number of incubators in the province will exceed 2,000, the total area of incubators will exceed 25 million square meters, cultivate 200 incubators from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and 500 incubators at the provincial level, attract 50,000 technology-based enterprises, and cultivate 10,000 high-tech enterprises. The “Action Plan” proposes measures such as supporting all regions to focus on leading industries to build new or optimize and upgrade a number of incubators, encourage mountainous Haidao County to carry out incubator construction; encourage universities and research institutes to build incubators, and accelerate the transformation of the results of innovation at the source.
