The cumulative rainfall for 24 hours is 60-130 mm, some 250 mm, and the maximum hourly rainfall is 90 mm. The Fujian Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters upgraded the emergency response for flood control to level 3 and maintained a level 4 emergency response for typhoon prevention at 10:30 on the 24th. All departments in various regions need to pay close attention to rainfall trends, investigate the risk of torrential rain and secondary disasters on a rolling basis, carefully deploy preventive measures, organize relocation and safe haven, and do a solid job of coping.
