The total amount of the original contract including tax was 176 million yuan. The two parties confirmed that the total final settlement price of the completed project was 15.353,700 yuan. As of the date the agreement was signed, Jinpu Garden had paid 3.6044 million yuan for the project, and the outstanding balance due was 11.7492 million yuan. The termination of this contract will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial and operating conditions.
