Beijer Ref to Acquire 90% of Refra Shares

05:11 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Beijer Ref (BEIJ-B.ST) signed a binding agreement to buy 90% of the shares in Lithuania-based Refra, with an option to acquire the remaining 10%. The Swedish refrigeration and climate control group said Monday that the natural refrigerant manufacturer will operate under its own brand after the acquisition, which remains subject to customary competition approvals and other closing conditions in Lithuania.
