Junzheng Shares (03223): Hong Kong public offering received 927.37 times the subscription price of HK$100 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Junzheng Co., Ltd. (03223) announced the allotment results. The company sold 31.2873 million H shares globally, the Hong Kong public sale accounted for 10%, and the international sale accounted for 90%. The sale price per share was HK$100, and the net raise from the global offering was approximately HK$3,055 billion. Each lot is 100 H shares. It is expected that H shares will start trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on August 25, 2026 (Tuesday).

Among them, the Hong Kong public sale received 927.37 times the subscription, and the international sale received 8.43 times the subscription.
