Hong Kong web hosting service provider uDynamics (UDUD.US) raised its IPO by 87% to raise US$34 million

Zhitong Finance App learned that uDynamics (UDUD.US), a web hosting, cloud and IT service provider headquartered in Hong Kong, China, raised the proposed transaction size for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) last Friday. At the same time, the company also updated its financial results for the six months ending January 31, 2026.

The company now plans to raise approximately $34 million by issuing 5.6 million shares in the price range of 5 to 7 US dollars per share. Previously, the company had applied to issue 3 million shares in the same price range. Based on the median issue price range, uDynamics will raise 87% more capital than previously anticipated, and the company's valuation will reach US$142 million.

According to information, uDynamics is a technology solution provider that provides cloud hosting and management, IT infrastructure, network security, application development, and domain name registration services for enterprises, government agencies, and small and medium-sized enterprises in the Asian region. All of the company's business is operated through its Hong Kong subsidiary uDomain Web Hosting Company.

Since 1998, the subsidiary has gradually transformed from a traditional web hosting service provider to a comprehensive digital infrastructure partner, serving more than 20,000 customers. In fiscal year 2025, the company's revenue was mainly from cloud hosting and management services (accounting for 76% of total revenue), followed by IT solution services (19%) and domain name registration services (4%).

uDynamics was founded in 1998 and achieved revenue of 7 million US dollars within the 12 months ending January 31, 2026. The company plans to be listed on the NASDAQ under the stock code “UDUD”. Pacific Century Securities acted as the sole bookkeeper for the transaction.
