Windar Photonics Raises GBP4 Million via Share Placing, Direct Subscription

01:22 AM EDT, 08/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Windar Photonics (WPHO.L) raised 4.1 million pounds sterling following the conclusion of a placing and direct subscription. The offering comprised an issuance of 81.1 million shares at 0.05 pound apiece, the wind energy technology group said Monday. Windar Photonics also expects to raise an additional 865,000 pounds through a directors' intended participation and 200,000 pounds from a retail offer of up to 4 million shares. The retail offer will be launched on Tuesday.
