According to the Supreme Prosecution, according to law, the procuratorial authorities separately prosecuted Wu Jiandong, a former first-level inspector of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party; Liu Haizhi, a former second-level inspector of the Hainan Provincial Emergency Management Department; Zhou Teng, a former full-time member of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region High People's Court Judicial Committee; and Pan Hansheng, a former member of the Standing Committee of the Guigang Municipal Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and former deputy mayor of the Municipal People's Government.
