On the evening of August 25, Jinma Amusement (300756.SZ) released its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half of the year, in the face of the complex and changing external environment and structural challenges of industry transformation and upgrading, the company insisted on steady progress, further deepened the “manufacturing+service” collaborative system, consolidated its leading edge in core business, and promoted the collaborative industrial layout in an orderly manner. The company's development continued to show a good trend of steady, moderate and enhanced resilience, and promoted the company's continuous transformation and upgrading from an “equipment manufacturer” to an “innovative comprehensive cultural tourism service provider”.

During the reporting period, Jinma Amusement achieved operating income of 391 million yuan, an increase of 25.53% year on year; net profit to mother of 454.423 million yuan, an increase of 28.66% year on year; after deducting non-net profit of 45.1767 million yuan, an increase of 35.18% year on year. New orders increased year-on-year during the period, product gross margin increased steadily, and a number of iconic projects completed quality delivery as planned.

In the first half of 2026, the company completed the quality delivery of various projects such as Shenzhen Longgang International Art Center, Bubble Mart City Park, Xiaogan Fangte Tourist Area, and Qingyuan Changlong Forest Kingdom according to the plan, helping the cultural tourism scene transform “traffic” into “reserve capacity” with the hard power of products and services. As a leading enterprise in the domestic amusement equipment manufacturing field, the company has a stable market share of many of its leading products in domestic and foreign markets, achieving import substitution for high-end amusement equipment.

At the same time, the company continues to increase its strength on the service side, building an integrated service network covering early design, product development, manufacturing, operation management, operation and maintenance, upgrade and iteration around customer needs, and launched differentiated full-case service solutions for various segments, with services throughout the entire life cycle of the equipment, and together with the manufacturing side to form a complete value chain of “manufacturing+service”.

The biggest increase in performance in the current period came from explosive growth in overseas markets. In the first half of the year, the company's international business revenue surged 326.05% year on year. As the only supplier of complete amusement equipment in China for top international theme parks such as Universal Studios, the company's products have been exported in reverse to high-end international markets such as Europe and America, and have been widely recognized by domestic and foreign customers.

During the reporting period, the company added several more benchmark cases in the international market. Overseas sales areas covered emerging markets such as the CIS, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Latin America, and domestic and foreign markets are forming a “double support” growth pattern. At present, the company has served nearly 50 countries and regions and more than 1,000 cultural tourism scenarios around the world.

In terms of business development, the company focuses on the “last mile” of implementation of Gesheng Intelligence, and promotes the reliable operation and large-scale application of Gesheng intelligent robots in real cultural tourism and entertainment scenarios through “independent research and development+industrial cooperation”. In the first half of 2026, “intelligent robot retail service stores” were the first to complete small-batch delivery and achieve revenue. They were successively deployed and put into commercial operation at more than 20 commercial complexes, theme parks, cultural tourism attractions, transportation hubs, and event venues in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, etc., and achieved good commercial operation results.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the cultural tourism equipment market is expected to enter a more mature and diversified stage of development under the influence of multiple factors such as consumption upgrades and technological empowerment. Jinma Amusement will continue to deepen the construction of a “manufacturing+service” collaborative system, promote the collaborative industrial layout in an orderly manner, promote large-scale applications of physical intelligence, and save new momentum for the company's steady and high-quality development.
