Bohai Ferry (603167.SH) released semi-annual results, net profit of 54.77 million yuan to mother, a year-on-year decrease of 46.09%

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Bohai Ferry (603167.SH) disclosed the 2026 semi-annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 722 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.80%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 54.77 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 46.09%; net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 8.32 million yuan, which changed from profit to loss over the previous year; basic earnings per share were 0.12 yuan.

The changes in performance were mainly due to the downgrade in domestic consumption during the reporting period, which saw a year-on-year decline in the actual passenger load rate of ships; a year-on-year decrease in ship rental revenue; an increase in fuel costs due to the US-Iran war; and the decline in the market value of shares invested by the private equity fund Panmao (Shanghai) Investment Center (Limited Partnership) held during the reporting period confirmed fair value change losses. The same period last year was a result of earnings.
