Genova Property Group Issues SEK350 Million Green Bonds, Flags Notes Redemption

12:04 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genova Property Group (GPG.ST) said Tuesday it issued 350 million kronor of senior unsecured floating-rate green bonds maturing in January 2031. Drawn from a 600 million-krona framework, the bonds are subject to three-month Stockholm interbank offered rate plus 350 basis points. Settlement is expected by Sept. 4. The Stockholm-listed property company earmarked proceeds from the issuance for the early redemption on Sept. 18 of 550 million kronor of outstanding senior unsecured green bonds. The company priced the redemption at 101.245% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest on the notes. The redemption will follow the closure on Tuesday of the company's offer to redeem the outstanding notes, with 172.5 million kronor of the bonds tendered for acceptance, as well as its repurchase of a separate series of 50 million kronor of senior unsecured green bonds.
