According to the Zhitong Finance App, Anta Sports (02020) announced the 2026 interim results. The group obtained revenue of RMB 43.507 billion (same unit), an increase of 12.9% over the previous year; profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 9.487 billion, an increase of 34.9% over the previous year; basic profit per share was RMB 3.42, and it is proposed to distribute an interim dividend of HK151 cents per share.

Relying on the structural advantages of a long-term strategy of “single focus, multiple brands and globalization” and a unique “brand+retail” business model, the Group showed strong resilience in its performance during the fiscal period, and all core business indicators were achieved as scheduled. Overall revenue reached a record high, with a year-on-year increase of 12.9% to 43.51 billion yuan (first half of 2025:38.54 billion yuan). The Group continued to lead the Chinese sports brand industry; overall gross margin increased 0.5 percentage points to 63.9% (first half of 2025:63.4%); operating efficiency continued to improve, and overall operating margin increased 0.7 percentage points to 27.0% (first half of 2025:26.3%).

According to the comprehensive benchmark, including the share of profits and losses of associated companies, but excluding the profit effects of the 2026 equity dilution of Amer Sports's placement, profit attributable to shareholders increased 12.9% year-on-year to 7.94 billion yuan (first half of 2025:7.03 billion yuan). On this scale, double-digit growth was achieved, reflecting the Group's outstanding strategic execution.

In the current fiscal period, the revenue of the Anta division increased 4.8% year on year to 17.77 billion yuan (first half of 2025:16.95 billion yuan), and operating profit margin decreased 0.8 percentage points to 22.5% (first half of 2025:23.3%). Despite continued intense competition on the popular sports circuit, Anta has shown strong business resilience, and has maintained a leading position in the Chinese market, driven by online and children's businesses. In the future, the brand will continue to enhance its channel image and business quality, steadily advance its global strategy, and continue to expand emerging and mature overseas markets.
