China Resources Electric Power (00836): Leung Oi-sze Resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Resources Electric Power (00836) issued an announcement. Effective August 26, 2026: (1) Ms. Leung Aishi has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee;

(2) Dr. Qian Guofeng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Sustainability Committee, a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee;

(3) Mr. Su Zeguang has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Sustainability Committee, a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee;

(4) Mr. Gao Jian was appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Sustainable Development Committee;

(5) Mr. Yang Yuchuan was appointed as a member of the Commission on Sustainable Development;

(6) Mr. Chen Keqin was reassigned as Chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee and appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee;

(7) Mr. Chen Yong has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and

(8) Ms. Man Yuyi was reappointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
