Wanhua Media (00426) announced first-quarter results. Shareholders' share loss of HK$7.142 million increased 29.27% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Wanhua Media (00426) announced the first quarter results for the three months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved a turnover of HK$6.365 million, a year-on-year decrease of 39.09%; losses attributable to the owners of the company were HK$7.142 million, an increase of 29.27% over the previous year; and a loss of 1.78 HK cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in losses was mainly due to a decline in advertising revenue; however, savings in production costs partially offset this decline.
