Hongxing Printing Group (00450): Zeng Zhaoxue was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Hongxing Printing Group (00450) issued an announcement. In consideration of his retirement plan, Mr. Lu Guanhao (Mr. Lu) has submitted his resignation and resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company.

The Board of Directors announced that Mr. Zeng Zhaoxue (Mr. Zeng) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from September 1, 2026.

Following the retirement of Mr. Lu and the appointment of Mr. Tsang, the Board of Directors further announced that with effect from September 1, 2026, (i) Mr. Chen Chuanren, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee; (ii) Mr. Tsang will be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
