According to the “Huawei” official account, Sun Yat-sen University and Huawei signed an agreement to deepen strategic cooperation at the Huawei Sakata base in Shenzhen on August 24. According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out comprehensive cooperation on talent training, scientific research cooperation, and digital intelligence infrastructure construction in campuses and affiliated hospitals — based on a collaborative education base based on the integration of obstetrics and education, deepen cooperation in the fields of curriculum construction, subject competition and teacher training, build a “subject+AI” artificial intelligence practice laboratory, and jointly promote the construction of “future learning centers” and the training of outstanding engineers; focus on next-generation information technology, collaborate on technical research through mechanisms such as school-enterprise cooperation and problem solving; and jointly build a benchmark for the in-depth application of digital intelligence technology in the education and medical industries.
