Jiufulai (08611): A total of 49.42 million unsubscribed shares have been successfully placed

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jiufulai (08611) announced that at 6:00 p.m. on August 19, 2026 (Wednesday) (that is, the deadline for placement agents to place unsubscribed shares), a total of 49.42 million unsubscribed shares were successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at HK$0.60 (equivalent to the subscription price) per share of the offering. As a result, there is no net income that can be distributed to inaction shareholders under compensation arrangements.

According to the acceptance results and placement results of the share offering, 76.014,200 shares will be allocated and issued, accounting for about 14.62% of the total number of shares offered for subscription under the share offering.
