Starlight Group (00403) appoints Zhang Zhengcai as independent non-executive director

The following changes took effect from the end of the annual shareholders' meeting: (1) Mr. Guo Linguang retired as an independent non-executive director of the company and ceased to be a member of the company's nomination committee, audit committee and remuneration committee; (2) appointing Mr. Zhang Zhengcai as an independent non-executive director and a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee; and (3) appointing Ms. Luo Junmei as the chairman of the nomination committee.
